Campus&Co. Pay Instructions

 

To access your Campus&Co. Pay portal log into pay.campusandco.com using your UBT One login credentials. The website is mobile-friendly and will work on your mobile device.

Once you log in using UBT One you will land on the portal page showing your dashboard. By clicking on the "My Cards" tile you will be able to view all the cards in your account. The cards will show you at a glance, their balance, their currency, and whether they are virtual or physical.

1) Purchasing a Virtual Card
Whether you want to use or gift the card, the initial steps are the same.
  1. Click on My Cards on the sidebar
  2. Select Card Options on the top right-hand corner
  3. Choose the New Virtual Card option.

Choosing the Currency 

  1. The currency you choose must represent the region where you (or the recipient) will use it.
  2. For example, if you will use it, choose the currency of your region. If you will gift it to someone abroad, choose their currency. 
  3. Once selected, choose Add Card.
2) Adding Funds
  1. The first step is to add funds to the card. 
  2. To do this, click on Card Actions and then select 'Top Up'.


  1. Specify the amount and method of payment. Click Continue.
  2. Enter your card details and select Process Payment.
  3. Note: If you choose bank transfer, there will be a delay while the payment is processed.
  4. If a payment does not go through, is canceled before completion, or is awaiting approval by an admin, it will show as pending. 
  5. Once you see the Thank You message, select Go To Card.
  6. You will receive an email confirming the transaction.

3) Card Actions 

Once the card has funds, you can choose one of the following actions:


  1. Top Up: add more funds to it
  2. Rename Card: you can name the card any way you like. Examples: groceries, gifting, etc.
  3. Email Card Details: send the details to yourself so you can access the code on your phone
  4. Show Barcode: the barcode and pin will show up
  5. Gift: gift the card to someone else.

4) Gifting a Virtual Card

If you select the latter option, all you have to do is:
  1. Enter the Recipient's Name and Email Address
  2. Add a message
  3. Select Gift the Card.

5) How to gift a Physical Card:

  1. Click the LOAD PHYSICAL CARD button in the menu on the left of the main screen.
  2. Enter the 16 digit card number of the physical card that you would like to gift. 
  3. Choose the currency for the card you are creating. This cannot be changed later and will define the country the card can be used in and which country you are dealing with when you add funds to it.
  4. Click Load the Card to add the currency to the card.
  5. The card now has funds loaded on it ready for you to give to your recipient.

6) Link a Card 

  1. Click on My Cards on the sidebar
  2. Select Card Options on the top right-hand corner
  3. Choose the Link a Card option
  4. In the box, enter the card number on your card and select 'GO!'
  5. You will receive a message that says the Card is ready to be linked and asks for the PIN and Currency for the card.
  6. Click Link Card, and you will be taken to the main card page, which allows you to rename the card or add funds.
  7. The card will now show in your Card listing with its balance.
You can then follow the same Card Actions detailed in the above section.

7) Using the Card (Physical or Virtual) 
When paying for the items purchased, you will select the Campus&Co. Pay option at the checkout.
Note: this doesn't require the Lightspeed Extension. 

  1. Type in the number or scan the barcode into the above search bar and click Go! 
  2. The barcode is on the physical card, the email notification, or the Campus&Co. Pay portal. 
  3. The screen will show the card balance and purchase amount. Once there is a sufficient balance, select Pay.
  4. If there is an insufficient balance, you can make a partial payment and select another payment method to complete the transaction.
  5. Enter the Pin and then hit Enter.
  6. Once you see the Payment Received screen, you may complete the sale.

Q. Will I be able to transfer my old Campus&Co. gift cards to the new platform?
A. No, you will need to use up your current Campus&Co. gift cards in your local store.
